Notes for: James Thomas Moran

James T. Moran bought twelve sites in Lot 601 in Union Cemetery, Leesburg, Virginia in 1903/04 (probably at the time his son, William Millwood Moran, died. It is presumed that Alexander (Sandy) Moran, buried in Site 7, was James' father. Alexander, born 1824, died February 7, 1908, at age 85 was listed as dying of old age. James was a stone mason. His cause of death was listed as heart failure.

Ruth Megby Feinberg remembers Jim as looking like Santa Claus with a long white beard.
