He was Joseph H. Bodine, age 3 in 1860 and Harvey Bodine, age 14 in 1870. He was named Henry A. Bodine in the deed of 25 Jan 1884 and thereafter appears in census records as Harry Bodine.
From New York City Marriage Records:
Harry H. Bodine, son of Joseph and Ella (Mcgue) Bodine AND Mary Emma Kitchall, dau. of James F. & Sarah (Renand) Kitchall, were married 8 March 1890 in Manhattan, New York County.
In 1900-1910, Harry and Emma Bodine lived in Manhattan where Harry worked as a clerk in a dry goods business. In 1900, Harry reported he and Emma had been married 11 years and in 1910, 20 years, but had had no children. In 1930, Harry Bodine, age 69 and widowed, was living with his sister and brother-in-law, Catharine and Carl Hassforther, in Montclair, Essex County.
