Samuel P. Bodine was a legatee of Emily Pancoast in her will of 8 March 1870 wherein he is to receive a house and lot on Burlington Road to be held in trust by the executors until he is 21 and to also receive a legacy of $500. The will was filed 11 May 1870 (Burlington Co. Wills, A: 85). Samuel Pancoast Bodine was buried in Bordentown Cemetery.
