Notes for: Julia Ann Bodine

Thomas B. Bodine found her grave on September 29, 1994 after a long search. The grave has a small marker on it with the information. It is the first grave on the right when entering Shiloh Cemetery. She and Asa M. Lee were living at the foot of Fry Gap when she died. There is a small ridge that rises a short distance from their home. Shiloh Church and Cemetery are on the ridge. On September 4, 1999, her remains were removed from Shiloh to Brashier's Chapel Cemetery.

From Ronny Bodine:

Julia Lee was buried in Shiloh Cemetery, Guntersville, Marshall County. Asa Lee was buried in Brashier's Chapel Cemetery, Arab, Marshall County. Asa, a life long farmer, remarried in 1890.
