LARRY MAX BERDINE Merrillville, Indiana Larry Max Berdine, age 66 of Merrillville, IN passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents: Oliver Max and Doris J. (nee Randhan) Berdine of Calumet Township, IN. Larry is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen Berdine (nee Keenan); children: James L. (significant other: Kerri Bender) Berdine of Atlanta, GA, Melissa S. (Michael) Casler of Nashville, TN, Hannah Gillooly of Portage, IN, and Patrick S. Branson of Merrillville, IN; 6 grandchildren: Karly Anne, Jacob and Noah Casler, Devon and Michael Gillooly, and Alayna Branson; uncle, Eugene Nimetz; aunt, Janet Barenie; cousins: Doris A. Kurtz of California, Marilyn Mann of Valparaiso, IN, Robert Berdine of Indiana, and Michael Berdine of Crown Point, IN; and loving extended family, his dog Tess and many good friends. Larry was a graduate of Calumet High School and was a member of I.B.E.W. Local 697. He was a proud electrician his entire life. Larry was very active in Merrillville Pop Warner, Biddy Basketball and Little League. There was no visitation; funeral services were private.
