Frank Mushrush, 48, who came to Hammond from Crown Point at the age of two, died yesterday at 11:30 a.m. of a heart attack in the Federal Transit Bureau in Industrial Road. He had been ill about a week. Survivors include three sons, Gilbert, of Hammond, and Morris and Clarence, of Chicago. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Dalton chapel.
