My line is from Jacob. His daughter Frances Maria BODINE married Richard JONES, their daughter Margaret Newton JONES married Jesse William CRAIG (brother of James Harvey CRAIG who married Margaret's sister Jane). 1850 Census - Muhlenberg Co., Kentucky, District No. 1, Roll M432-214, Page 222 - Garland, age 60, he is a stone mason, real estate is worth $300 and he was born in Virginia; Letitia is 65, born in Virginia; also living with them is Elizabeth A. Taggart, age 24 andTransylvania Taggart, female, age 3 - both born in Kentucky. Elizabeth is probably one of their children.
P>1860 Census - Muhlenberg Co., Kentucky, District No. 2, Roll M653-388, Page 30 - Garland is 69, a stone mason, born in Virginia and he is living with James Craig - a Bap. clergy. Next door is David Craig and his family. David is also a Bap. clergy. These are probably Garland's sons. David is 35 and James is 37 - Green is 44 this year. Letitia died in 1958.
