Notes for: Cornelius Rightmire
Cornelius Neafus [Nevius?] was surety for the marriage bond, and he and John Bodine were witnesses. His family was closely connected with John Bodine and the Rightmires in Nelson Co. Most of his family in Kentucky were Catholics, perhaps through the influence of the Finch family. Cornelius appears last in Kentucky in the 1830 census of Nelson Co. Elizabeth was living next to Eliza Wilmouth and her family at the time of the 1850 census of Edgar Co., Ill.
