Notes for: Richard Skinner

Previous information said he was born about 1794. This must be wrong, though, since Elizabeth was the only child of Isaac Skinner and his first wife, Margaret Pullen. Richard had to be born after 1795, Elizabeth's birth date, and after Isaac's second marriage, in early 1797.
