Sidney J. Bodine of Mont Belvieu and Miss Margaret Ann Hay were married 10 Nov 1951 at the home of the bride's aunt by Rev. Bailey of the First Baptist Church of Mont Belvieu.
Sidney and Margaret Bodine were divorced and on 14 April 1967 in Chambers County she married John Cyril Eby (1929-1995). Margaret (Hay) Bodine is the daughter of John Henry and Versie (Ashworth) Hay. Sidney and Irene Bodine were divorced 23 May 1983 in Chambers County.

Margaret Ann Eby passed away Wednesday morning, September 17, 2008 in a Baytown hospital. She was born February 4, 1934 to John and Versie (Ashworth) Hay in Goose Creek, Texas. She was a homemaker and a volunteer at San Jacinto Hospital for 25 years. She was a former member of Second Baptist Church and a current member of First Christian Church of Baytown. She was a member of the Rebecca Lodge, Exxon Annuitants, the Garden Club, and the Birthday Club. She enjoyed playing cards and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Eby; and stepfather, Hershel Gilliam. She is survived by her sons, James Bodine and wife Elaine of Baytown and John Charles Bodine of Mont Belvieu; daughter, Jan Moore and husband Mickey of Huntsville; sister, Sue Flower and husband Paul of Baytown; grandchildren, Nathan Moore and wife Becky, Nick Moore, and Neil Moore and wife Jessica, Robert and Sidney Bodine; great grandchildren, Peyton and Hunter Moore; nieces, Leigh Dunman and husband Ray of Highlands, and Paula Carboni and husband Rick of Seabrook. The family will receive friends at Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home on Friday evening from 5 to 7 P.M. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday morning, 11:00 A.M. at Crespo & Jirrels Chapel with Rev. Bob Dees officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Highlands. Honoring the family as pallbearers are Nathan, Nick, and Neil Moore, Robert Bodine, Ray Dunman, and Rick Carboni. The family would like to express their special thanks to Lou Anna Collins, a special caregiver, for her love and devotion.
