Alan sent me this picture of the Gibby Goodman family. See the message further below on these pictures.
The 1850 Census lists a son Getty for Allen, but the 1860 Census shows the son's name as Gibby (b. 1841).

Gibby Goodman (1841-1917) is also my GG Grandfather. My dad tells me that there was also another Gibby Goodman who was born much later.
I have attached a "Photo of a Photo" of the Gibby Goodman Family. Gibby is the one with the beard, I am not sure who the rest of the people in the photo are other than William. I will ask my dad about them next time I see him. I do remember that two of the girls in the photo are not part of the family and he is not sure who they are.

Born Nov 4, 1896
Married Jan 3, 1917
Died April 12, 1974
Not sure where you live but my father Alfred Davis lives in Penrod, Kentucky and has a lot of info on the Goodmans likes to talk to people about it.
