Hi Sarah,

Dave asked me to look into this for you. So, collecting some basic vitals, I find that Eddie David Hamm (1915-1983) married Maxine Bodine (1917-1986) and during their brief marriage had one daughter, Mickie Rae Hamm (1937-2004) who married Tommy C. Hopkins (1933-2007) in 1955. They had three daughters:

Kimberly Sue Hopkins (Born Aug 1956) who married Rocky Lynn Shaw.

Vonnie G. Hopkins (born Feb 1959) who married Jody R. Dunlap

Tye L. Hopkins (born July 1961) who married Thomas Austin Smart

As all three are on Facebook you can contact them via Messenger to see if they can help either with information or are willing to take a DNA test to see if there is a mtDNA match.
