Montie L. Spratt, age 83, of Greensburg St., Hodgenville, died Monday morning June 29, 1981 at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home, Hodgenville. He was a retired painter, a member of First Baptist Church and a member of E. Y. Young Masonic Lodge no. 132. He is survived by three daughters; Lucille Whitlock, Route 3, Hodgenville, Dorothy Hudson, Louisville, and Winnie Shives of Route 2, Hodgenville; three sons; Thomas Spratt of Route 2, Hodgenville, and W. E. Spratt and Norman Spratt, both of Louisville; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Kathryn Smith of Florida; and one brother, George Spratt of Louisville. Funeral services were Wednesday at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home with the Rev. Isaac McDonald officiating. Burial was in Red Hill Cemetery.
