Notes for: Richard Garland Ross

The majority of his working life was with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. In his later years of employment, he was employed in a management position. He retired in the 1980's. At this time, he and his wife Mildred do a lot of traveling. After his retirement he served for several years as the city manager of Quitman, Texas. Since that time, they have spent a part of their time in Yellowstone National Park.
