Notes for: Bonnie 'Joyce' Bodine

She is the only surviving daughter of Bert and Essie Bodine. She was first married to John Dee Leggett. This marriage produced one daughter. After her divorce from JD, Joyce met and married JR Lane in Kaufman County. They have moved extensively, following the construction trade. JR worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years and then worked as foreman and lead man on many projects for Brown & Root in Texas and several other states. Now retired, they live in Leon County, Texas just south of Buffalo.

Hi,
My name is Barbara (go by Bobbie now). If you are J. D.Leggett's daughter, we are related...and we've met before...when we were kids. My dad was Curtis, J.D.'s brother. Would really like to get back in touch if possible. Email me at bgoodheart52 at hotmail.com, please. Just so you know, Aunt Pauline's husband, Uncle Robert just passed away. His funeral will be Wednesday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Houston. Visitation will be 2-5pm at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery, Texas (20850 Eva Street..zip code 77356).
