Most researchers say her maiden name is unknown, but Notes at Find-A-Grave say it was Irwin. I see no documentation for that yet but let's put it for now. I have also now found her Irwin maiden name on other sites. For example:

I still see no documentation for that, though. Take it with a grain of salt.
