The "New York Genealogical and Biographical Record," Vol. 128, No. 1, pp. 49-54, states:

Jacques de Vaux, b. abt. 1646, m. bef. 1668 Anne Bodin and was baptizing children with her in Mannheim. No evidence of migration.

Marguerite b. 23 Nov; bpt. 29 Nov 1668 (godfather: Frederick de Vaux; godmother: Marguerite de L’Angle, widow of Gilles de la Croix); she must have died by 1677 (see below)

Abraham, b. 26 Jan; bpt. 1 Feb 1671; godparents: Otte Bonte, Susanne de Vaux, young [single] woman

Isaac, b. 10 Jan; bpt. 14 Jan (godparents: Pierre Verite & Catherine Meunier, wife of Pierre le Roy)

Marguerite, b. 5 Mar, bpt. 11 Mar 1677 (Godparents: Toussaint Ferbric & Marguerite de l’Angle, his wife)
