Spence---Mrs. Lena Mae Bodine, of 100 Abernathy St., the wife of Jack K. Spence, died in a local hospital Wednesday morning. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Caroline Sue Bradley and Mrs. Sandra Shelton; two sons, Jerry W. Spence and Jack K. Spence, Jr., all of Chattanooga; four brothers, Cecil Bodine, Earl Bodine and Harry Bodine, all of Chattanooga, and Freddy Bodine, Los Angeles, Cal.; seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Chapel of the J. Avery Bryan Funeral Home, the Rev. S. W. Welch and the Rev. Willard A. Peak officiating. Interment in Hamilton Memorial Garden. The body is at the J. Avery Bryan Funeral Home, Chattanooga.
