Gr.-gr.-granddaughter of Robert Worrell and Catherine Keiter, his wife.
Robert Worrell (1754-1841) served as lieutenant of a company of Foot of the county of Philadelphia and subsequently as captain. He was born and died in Frankford.

Frankford was incorporated as a borough in Philadelphia County in March 1800. In 1854, the Borough of Frankford, Lower Dublin Township and Oxford Township were annexed by the city of Philadelphia.

Based upon the censuses of 1800 and 1810, John Bodine was born 1755 and 1765. Based on the censuses of 1810 and 1820 Mary was born 1776-1784.

John Jordan's Colonial Families of Philadelphia, vol. 2, 1911, p. 1094 adds that Robert Worrell inherited the homestead in Oxford Township; was trustee at the First Presbyterian Church at Frankford.
