STRONG JR., Asher B. Roger age 81 of Bellbrook, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the Otterbein Community. He was born July 26, 1929 in Lost Creek, KY, the son of the late Asher B., Sr. and Ethel M. (Wise) Strong. Mr. Strong was a former member of the Brethren Church in Lost Creek, KY, honorably served his country during WWII in the Army Air Corps, worked for 17 years as a contractor at WPAFB and was an avid fisherman and loved nature. Preceded in death by his wife Joyce in 1986, his son-in-law Larry Sisler, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include his 2 sons Steven and Dave Strong, his daughter Rebecca Sisler, 10 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren. A private graveside service at the Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Vineyard Church, 4051 Indian Ripple Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45440 in his memory. Arrangements entrusted to the SWART FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton.
