Asserting that her husband deserted her after less than a month of married life, Edna M. Bodine, 217 North Fourth street, through her attorney, A Edward Coleman, filed for libel in divorce against Raymond Bodine, whose present address is unknown. The Bodines were married on June 6, 1923, and the desertion is alleged to have taken place on July 3, 1923.
