Isaac Balin was probably Isaac Billew, son of Isaac Billou and Ida Sebring. See the spelling of Billew in the following record at the DRC of Staten Island in the baptismal record and above for Jan Bulin, probably Jan Billew, another son of Isaac Billou and Ida Sebring.

I think these include his 3 sons, Abraham, Aaron amd Ouke It presumes that John was married (see Jan Ouken in the 1738/1731 census) or moved to NJ by this time.
She was probably one of the witnesses for the baptism of Cornelia, d/o Cornelius and Aeltje Sebring on 10/20/1695 at the DRC of Brooklyn, along with her brother, Roelof.
