Emma Otie Keys, 87, of Dupo, Ill., born Oct. 26, 1925, in Neelyville, Mo., passed away Monday, April 29, 2013, at her home. Emma was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Elvie, nee Carter, Bodine; her husband, Everett Keys; sons, Kenneth R. Keys, Dennis T. Keys and Charles E. Keys; grandson, John Michael Keys; sisters, Lois Longergan and Felma Honey; and brother, J.J. Bodine. Surviving are her children, John (Linda) Keys, Bonnie (Charles) Chastain, Ronald "Rick" (Denise) Keys, Beverly (Jim) Lord, Doug (Dawn) Keys, Donna (Stanley) Johnson, Joe (Lisa) Keys and Rex (Dee) Keys; sisters, Polly Kendall and Effie Keys; 40 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law; other relatives and friends.
