Roger A. Bodine, 28, of 5232 Blue Bush Rd. was found dead in his home this morning of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Dr. Isabella Chapello, assistant Monroe County medical examiner and state police of the Erie post were called. Friends may call after 6:30 tonight at the Liedel Funeral Home, Maybee, where services will be 11:45 a.m. Tuesday and at noon in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Maybee, with the Rev. Casimir Wiercioch officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Maybee. The son of Harold and Marjorie Bodine, he was born May 8, 1947, in Monroe. He married Linda Carlton on July 13, 1968, in Willis. Surviving are his wife, mother, a daughter, Dawn, and two brothers Richard and Darryl all of Monroe, and grandmothers, Mrs. carrie Millard of Maybee and Mrs. Muriel Bodine of Monroe. His father preceded him in death on June 18, 1973. [Note: Unable to locate Willis.]
