On 23 Aug 1933 in Detroit, Amanda (Maxwell) Bodine married Joseph Weikel. Amanda and Joseph Weikel were buried in Grand Lawn Cemetery, Detroit.

Amos Bodine, 39, native of Fowlerville, Mich., son of Hiram Bodine and ___ Ferguson to Jane Malley, 34, native of Boston, Mass., daughter of John Malley, married 23 Sept 1915, Grand Rapids, Kent County.
Jane Bodine, widow of Amos, is listed in the 1948 city directory for Grand Rapids, Michigan, but not in the 1949 directory. The Grand Rapids Press of 14 Dec 1961 published an obituary for a Jane Bodine.
Michigan Death Records: Amos Bodine died in Detroit of uremic poisoning and was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery. Jane Bodine provided the details of his death certificate and reported he was born 15 June 1876, but did not know the names of his parents.
