SODUS POINT---George P. Bodine, 56, of Sodus Point died in the Batavia U.S. Veterans Hospital Sunday (March 12, 1972). He was a World War II veteran and an employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad for 30 years. He was active in Sodus Bay Memorial Post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by one son, Douglas; two sisters, Mrs. Peter (Pauline) Verburg and Mrs. Alfred (Dorothy) Kelsey, both of Sodus, and two grandchildren. Friends may call at the Norton Funeral Home, Inc. today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services there will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. Burial in Sodus Rural Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to the Sodus Town Ambulance Corps in memory of Mr. Bodine.
