Yet, in April 1940, John J. Bodine, age 22, son of Lloyd Bodine, is living with his parents. This would appear to be the John J. Bodine, born 24 May 1918 in Pennsylvania, who enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps on 29 Jan 1941 in Philadelphia and who died 26 Sept 2005 in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida.

Vola Hilbert-Bodine died at home April 30, 2011 surrounded by her family. Born May 18,1923 in Philadelphia, PA. She lived many years on Long Beach Island, NJ. Her final years were spent in Boynton Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Bodine. She is survived by her children, Dennis, Denise and Maureen Hilbert, Stephanie Wisniewski and Carol Tarble; her grandchildren, Shannon Hilbert, Mark and Kira Wisniewski, Trevor, Ben and Cassidy Tarble, and her great-grandson, Trevor Owen Tarble.
