The Seattle Times of 16 May 1954 reported a divorce action had been filed by Gloria J. Bodine against Bert R. Bodine.

Gloria Jeanne Crum applied for a SSN in November 1941 [sic--1951?] and reported she was born 21 Aug 1929 in Bellingham, WA, dau. of Carlyle P. & Dorothy (Dow) Crum. In Aug 1955 she reported her name as Gloria Jean Bodine, in July 1961 as Gloria J. Haugen, and in Jan 1970 as Gloria Jean Mashburn. She died 2 Aug 1993.
Doris A. Bodine applied for a SSN in May 1962 and reported she was born 13 April 1926 in Mount Vernon, Wash., dau. of Leonard & Hilda G. (Gessner) Allquist. In January 1965 she reported her name as Doris Allquist King. She died 8 March 1990.

Bert R. Bodine, 39, of 701 N. Center St., died Saturday in a Reno hospital. A native of Seattle, Wash., he had resided in Reno for four years and had been employed as a guitar player in a number of local clubs and clubs throughout the state. Surviving are: his wife, Carrie, of Reno; a daughter, Debbie Hogan, of Seattle; his father, Bert, of Seattle, and his mother, Mary Mortenson, of Lynwood, Wash. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Ross, Burke and Knobel Mortuary. Burial will be in Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery.
