Frank A. Bodine AND Hila Burkinshaw were married 28 Nov 1906 in Pine Bush.
On 12 Sept 1918, Frank A. Bodine registered for the World War 1 draft in Middletown, New York. He reported his birth as 15 March 1884, that he worked as a cutter for the New York Knife Company and that Hila May Bodine of Walden was his next of kin. In January 1920 and April 1930 Frank and Hilda lived in Walden, Montgomery, Orange County.

In 1942, Frank Bodine of Walden, New York registered for the World War II Draft. He reported he was born 15 March 1884 in Pine Bush, New York and named Hila Bodine as his next of kin.

WALDEN--Hila M. Bodine of Bergen, Ave., Walden, a 76-year area resident, died Wednesday in Goshen after a long illness. She was 97. The daughter of the late Andrew and Abby Evans Burkinshaw, she was born May 22, 1884, in Pepperidge, Mass. She was a member of the First Reformed Church, Walden, and the Progress Class of the Church. She was the widow of Francis Bodine. Survivors include a brother, Andrew Burkinshaw of Pine Bush; three sisters: Abby McCord of Pine Bush, Jennie Baker of Miami, Fla., and Berlie Kreeft of Lake Como, Fla.; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden. The Rev. Donald Repsher will officiate. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery, Pine Bush.
