On 5 June 1917, Albert Ernest Bodine registered for the World War 1 draft in Chicago. He reported he was born 23 Nov 1886 in Stockholm, Sweden, worked as a plater and was married with 2 children. Albert and Tillie Bodin were divorced and in April 1930, Tillie was living with her 2nd husband William J. Sauer and her daughter Mildred Bodine. In April 1930, he was Albert E. Bodine, metal polisher, now living with another wife, Bertha L. In 1942, he registered under the name Albert E. Bodine for the World War II draft in Chicago and named Mrs. Bertha Bodine as his next of kin. His death was recorded by the State of Illinois as Albert E. Bodine.
