Jessie M. Bodine (nee Blackwood) Age 83, Saturday, May 2, 1998, at her residence under Hospice care. A life long resident of Joliet. Retired from Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center after 33 years of service. A member of First Presbyterian Church, Western Avenue, Joliet, and dedicated volunteer at the Senior Services Center of Will County. Survived by two daughters, Jessie Cambic and Veronica (Daniel) Mahoney of Joliet; one stepdaughter, Mary Zambon (James deceased) of Tennessee; one stepson, Thomas (Nancy) of Hillside; grandchildren, Christopher Cambic and Marcus Cambic of Joliet; Thomas Mahoney, Daniel Mahoney Jr. and Kathleen Mahoney of Joliet, Stephen Bodine, Brian Bodine, Andrew (Lilia) Bodine and Michael Bodine of Hillside, James (Barbara) Zambon of New Jersey, Lisa (Jack) Stump of Oregon, Judy Zambon of Wisconsin, Theresa (Scott) Meyer of Kentucky; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded by her husband, Thomas A.; stepson James (Jean) of Chicago; and her father, John; mother, Jessie; one brother, John (Helen) and one sister, Anna Mae of Joliet. Jessie M. Bodine will lie in state at First Presbyterian Church, Western and Raynor avenues, Joliet, Thursday, May 7, 1998 from 10:30 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Rev. James S. Duren officiating. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Senior Service Center of Will County, 310 N. Joliet St. or Joliet Area Community Hospice, 335 W.
