Corrine [sic] Graves Bodine is named as the mother of Bonnie Lee Bodine, born in January 1950. Bonnie died 17 Jan 1950. She and Harry must have divorced soon after, as on 28 Nov 1951 Corinne Graves, born 5 April 1931 in Delaware, dau. of Lemuel & Viola Graves, married Elvin Hubert Shehorn (1930-2014) in Dover and reported this was her 1st marriage.

CAMDEN - Corinne N. Shehorn, 78, of Camden passed away Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 5, 1931, in Wilmington, daughter of the late Lemuel and Viola (Edler) Graves. Corinne enjoyed life as a homemaker. Her hobbies included knitting, jewelry making and leather crafting. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John H. Graves. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Elvin H. Shehorn; eight children, Richard Shehorn of Hartly, Lance Shehorn of Camden, Donna Thomas of Felton, Barry Shehorn of Frederica, Dale Shehorn of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Cheryl Tripp of Frederica, Thomas Shehorn of Wilmington, Ohio, and Sharon Kemp of Harrington; six siblings, Charles Graves of Laurel, Dorothy Lawson, and Doris Prettyman, both of Salisbury, Md., Mildred Beeson of Smyrna, Betty Jane Graves of Wood-side, and Lemuel Graves of Dover; 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may call two hours earlier. Burial will follow in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the funeral home to help with expenses. DOVER - Edith Bodine of Dover died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2004, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 74. Mrs. Bodine was a homemaker and enjoyed doing volunteer work and helping with the elderly. She also volunteered for Meals on Wheels. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Bodine, in 1990. She is survived by a sister, Margie Arnold of Hockessin; a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Lynn Bodine of Clayton; a daughter, Destiny Martin of Dover; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. HARRY W. BODINE SR., 59, of rural Dover, died Saturday of cancer in Kent General Hospital, Dover. Mr. Bodine worked for 34 years in the civil service at Dover Air Force Base, retiring in 1987 as machinist for the 436th Field Maintenance Squadron. He also worked part time at Horn Machine Shop in Clayton for 21 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of David C. Harrison Post 14, American Legion, Smyrna; Newnam-Lee-Urban Post 8801, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Smyrna; and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He received several special achievement and superior service awards at Dover Air Force Base. He is survived by his wife, Edith E.; a daughter, Helen E. Martin of Felton; two sons, Harry W. Jr. of Townsend and Kenneth A. of Odessa; three sisters, Delores Deputy of College Park, Md., Rena Miller of New Castle, and Dorothy Bowers of Mechanicsville, Md.; two brothers, Ray of New Castle and Charles of Kenton, and 10 grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Faries Funeral Home, 1250 S. Governors Ave., Dover, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Garden of Honor, Sharon Hill Cemetery, Dover.
