Hello,
Carl Alfred Johannesson changed his name to Alfred Bodine/Charles Bodine in the U.S. He was born on Oct 21, 1848 in Nybygget, Odegarden Gardstorp, Yllestad parish, Sweden.
Mathilda Jacobson was born on Aug 31, 1851 in Valunda, Norra Asarp parish, Sweden. She died on July 19, 1933 in Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois.
I'm interested in Emil L Bodine (it's not Emil Mark), son of Charles and Mathilda Bodine.
Which is your source for Emil's birth date?
Which is your source for knowing that Emil lived in February 1917 in Cherokee County, Iowa??
Regards,
Gull-Marie Adolfsson
