Alice Bodine, age 7, lived with her family 1870 in Republic County, Kansas. In 1900, Hugh and "Mahada" Mulholland lived in Los Angeles, California where Hugh worked as a watchman. In 1910, still residents of Los Angeles, Hugh now worked as a municipal reservoir keeper.

Children: Alice (Sept 1883), Mary V. (March 1886), William B. (June 1888), Hugh (Feb 1890), Nellie M. (April 1892), Phoebe C. (Dec 1895), Robert (Jan 1898).
