Robert was sometimes called Andy but never "Bod"

Elmer Bodine was sometimes called EC or Bod.

Please make that correction.

Best regards,

From Ronny Bodine:

From Hennepin County, Minnesota Marriage Records:
Elmer Bodine AND Margaret Crane were married 23 Aug 1917.

On 5 June 1917, Elmer Clarence Bodine registered for the World War 1 draft in Minneapolis. He reported he was born 22 Dec 1893 in Minneapolis, worked for the David B. Levy Drug Company of New York, in Minneapolis, and was single. Elmer Bodine served as a U.S. Army Corporal during World War I, entering the service on 4 Aug 1917. In 1920, Elmer and Margaret Bodine lived in Minneapolis where Elmer worked as a salesman for a piano company and in 1930, they lived in St. Paul, Ramsey County, where Elmer now worked as the manager of a piano business. When Elmer Bodine registered for the World War 1 draft he stated he was born 22 Dec 1893, however, other records give his birthdate as 23 Dec 1893. In 1933, Elmer Bodine founded Bodine's Pianos, a piano retail store in Minneapolis. The death of Elmer Bodine was not registered by the state of Minnesota, so it appears he died on a visit or business trip out of state. Elmer and Margaret Bodine were buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.
