The 1928 city directory for Enid lists Jos. E. Bodine as a bookkeeper for the Amerada Petroleum Corp. He is not married.

1930 Enid, Garfield Co., OK: Ophelia M. BODINE 25 OK married store cashier.

ENID--Graveside rites for Joe E. Bodine, 49, Wichita, were Friday in the Enid cemetery. Services were earlier Friday in Wichita. Bodine died Tuesday in a Wichita hospital. He came to Enid from Clyde, Kan. He left there in 1936 for Wichita. Survivors are his wife and three brothers, Carl, Enid, and Paul and Marion, both of Calhan, Colo.
