William V. Bodine AND Anna B. Howell were married 6 June 1897 in Middletown, Orange County.
In 1900, William Bodine was 24 and single, living with his parents in Mamakating, Sullivan County and working as a day laborer. In 1910, William and Mary Bodine lived in Mamakating, Sullivan County. William reported that he and Mary had been married 11 years but had no children. In 1920, the couple lived in Wallkill, Orange County where William worked as a laborer on a dairy farm.

William V. Bodine died 29 May 1929 in Middletown, Orange County.

BODINE---Middletown, May 29, William V. Bodine, aged thirty-three years. Surviving are the widow and two brothers, James and George Bodine, of Bloomingburgh and a sister, Mrs. Mytle Van Levan, of West New York, N.J.

Mrs. Anna Bell Bodine, widow of William Bodine, died Monday evening after an illness of several weeks. Her home was at 165 West Main street. She was born in Bloomingburg, September twenty-sixth, 1874, a daughter of Daniel C. and Kate Augustus Dodge Howell. Mrs. Bodine had lived in Middletown for thirty years and was a member of the Bloomingburg Methodist Church. One brother, Arthur L. Howell of Middletown, survives her. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2:30 at the Hasbrough Chapel with the Rev. D. George Davies, pastor of St. Paul's Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in the family plot, Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery.
