In April 1930, Rosie Bodine was age 21 and single and lived with her parents in Kent County, Delaware. In April 1940, Sherman Grey, 36, his wife Rose, 29 and daughter Madaline 7, lived in Dover, Kent County where Sherman worked as a laborer. She was named Mrs. Rose Morris of Dover, Delaware in the July 1963 newspaper obituary of her brother William Bodine.

SMYRNA - Rosie May Morris of Smyrna died Monday, Jan. 24, 2000, in Delaware Home and Hospital. She was 90. Mrs. Morris was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Sherman Gray and George Morris. She is survived by a daughter, M. Frances Dugan, and her husband, Joseph P. of Smyrna; seven grandchildren, Hartford I. Robinson III, Kendall L. Robinson, Wanda J. Straughn, Robert A. Robinson, Joanne F. Fletcher, Celeste C. Hufford and Joseph P. Dugan Jr.; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Daniels & Hutchinson Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, where friends may call one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the Townsend Cemetery. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to: Boys & Girls Club of Smyrna.
