Divorce granted in a session of the district court Thursday: In the case of Keith Bodine vs. Mildred Bodine the divorce was granted to the defendant for extreme cruelty. The maiden name of Baldwin was restored to the defendant.
About 1947, Mildred married 2ndly Jack Elliston (1918-1964) and 3rdly, about 1965, Dale Robertson.

Mildred Jean Baldwin Elliston Robertson passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 at her residence in Raymore, Missouri at the age of 94. She was born December 5, 1918 to William "W.E." and Edna (Weyer) Baldwin in Palco, Kansas. She attended and graduated from Fort Hays State University with her certificate in Education. She taught for a few years until her children came along and then she became a soldier/farmer's wife and later the wife of a pastor. Mildred was united in marriage to Jack Elliston. After the passing of Jack, Mildred was united in marriage to Dale Robertson who also preceded her in death. Mildred was a lifelong Christian whose influence through her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren continues to be experienced in Africa, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the USA. Her influence through her children and grandchildren continues in a range of ways including; medicine, elementary, and higher education, Christian radio, relief and development and family counseling. Her quiet modeling of hospitality and high expectations has left a broad multi-cultural legacy. She set an example of a life well lived. Left to cherish Mildred's memory is her children; Edgar J. Elliston, Katherine J. Beck, and David L. Elliston, ten grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Edna; husband Jack, husband Dale; and sister Helen Beck.

IRVING K. BODINE, 72, of Colorado Springs died Oct. 23, 1992, at his home. He was a service manager at Daniels Chevrolet and also had worked for Cessna in Wichita, Kan. Services have been held. Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave., handled arrangements. Mr. Bodine was born May 30, 1920, in Woodston, Kan., to Irving Howard and Millie Carolyn (Allen) Bodine. He had lived in Colorado Springs since 1962 and also had lived in Wichita and Woodston. Mr. Bodine was in the Navy from 1942 to 1945 and attained the rank of boatswain's mate. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4051 and Eagles Aerie 143. Mr. Bodine was married July 9, 1945, in Englewood to Fern I. (Moore) Bodine, who survives. He also is survived by a sister, Jeanette Craig of Colorado Springs; an uncle, Lynn Hibbs of Parachute; two aunts, Lenna Hibbs of Parachute and Neva Henley of Overland Park, Kan.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. FERN IVON (MOORE) BODINE. Mrs. Bodine, 77, a former Colorado Springs resident, died July 17, 2000, in Commerce City. She was a factory worker. Mrs. Bodine was born Oct. 12, 1922, in Covert, Kan., to Harvey A. Moore and Adaline Loomis, who are deceased. She was married July 9, 1945, to Irving Keith Bodine, who is deceased. She is survived by a sister, Dasie Cronk; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Rodney and Tom. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Highland Cemetery, 10201 Grant St., Thornton. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Highland Cemetery. Burial will be at noon Friday at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver. Highland Mortuary, (303) 451-6674, is handling arrangements.
