hello,
I am Jeneva Sue Arnold, Winifred Harriet Bodine Haddan's daughter.
Winifred was the first born of CharlesLee and Bess Smith Bodine.
Charles had three children: Winifred, who married Elmer Haddan Jr. in Pryor, Ok. They had three children; Thomas David Haddan, Jeneva Sue Haddan Arnold and Laura Lee Haddan Cusimano. Thomas David has one daughter Elisha Lynn Haddan. J. Sue has two daughters Lesa Lynn and Stephanie Arnold. Laura has no children.
Dale, had no children. He married Rebecca? in Houston Texas.
Norma Lee married Bill Coe, and had two children; Celia Ann and Donald Dale Coe.
Charles had a number of brothers and sisters, mainly in the west. Arizona and New Mexico I think.

He was Charles Lee Bodine, age 14, living with his parents in 1910 and Charles L. Bodine, age 24 and single, living with his parents and working as a machinist in an auto garage in 1920. On 5 June 1917, he registered for the World War I draft in Nez Perce County, Idaho. In 1930, Charles Bodine lived in Otero County, New Mexico employed as the principal of a U.S. Indian School and in 1940 lived in Pryor Creek, Mayes County, Oklahoma working as an education agent for the Indian Agency.
From Pima County, Arizona Marriage Records:
Charles L. Bodine, 24 AND Bessie E. Smith, 17, were married 23 Oct 1921 in Tucson, Pima County by G. K. Berry, Christian Minister. [Note: Bessie is the daughter of George Lee and Amarillis Cornelia (Hall) Smith.]
