Gerald Lee Rolph, age 58, of Hackettstown died Monday, December 6, 2021 at home. Gerald was born September 26, 1963 in Boonton, NJ to the late Theodore J. and Lila Mae (Allen) Rolph. He was previously employed by Denville Board Of Education as Head of Maintenance and Grounds. Gerald was a talented woodworker, an avid NY Mets fan and enjoyed riding motor cycles. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his wife and family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Darlene (Bodine) Rolph, his three brothers, Joseph Rolph and wife Glenda, Wayne Rolph and wife Kathleen, William Rolph and wife Patricia, his eight nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Athena, Shawn, Matthew, Melinda, Sharon, Stephanie and William and many great nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held 12:00 pm on Friday, December 10 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. with Chaplin Mario Spadaro officiating. Burial will be private in Pequest Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 10 from 10 am - 12 noon at Cochran Funeral Home, Inc., 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ. Darlene Rolph, age 61, of Hackettstown died Friday, May 30, 2025 at home in Hackettstown. Darlene was born March 29, 1964 in Newton, NJ. She is the daughter of Robert and the late Ann (Ketz) Bodine. In addition to her mother, Darlene is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerald Lee Rolph, her two brothers, Robert A. Bodine, III, Darryl A. Bodine, her sister, Cheryl Reinhart, and her step-sister, Valerie.Darlene was previously employed as a bookkeeper before her retirement. She loved working around her home, spending time gardening, growing beautiful flowers and tending to her backyard pond.Darlene is survived by her loving father, Robert Bodine and his wife Roberta "Rusty", her step-sisters, Donna, Diane, JoAnn, Audrey and Michelle. In addition she is survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be Wednesday, June 4 from 4-8pm at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ.The funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, June 5 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown with Pastor Tim Drawbaugh officiating. Burial will follow in Pequest Union Cemetery, Great Meadows, NJ.
