From Illinois State Register (Springfield, Ill.) of Friday, 5 July 1912:
Pana., Ill., June 28.---Harry Culberson of Pana and Miss Ora Bodine of Shelbyville were married on Tuesday. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Bodine of Shelbyville.

At the home of the brides parents in Shelbyville Tuesday occurred the wedding of Miss Ora Bodine of that city to Harry Culberson of Pana.

The body of Harry Lloyd Culberson son of A. J. Culberson who died Tuesday of double pneumonia was interred at the Linwood cemetery this morning. The services were conducted by Rev. R. A. Morris. Besides his wife Ora Culberson and little daughter Maxine he leaves his father and the following brothers, Louis and Dwight both with the American Expeditionary forces in France, Ira Culberson of Oklahoma, Amos and Sherman on the farm south of the city and Ernest at Sac City, Iowa. He also leaves two sisters Leila and Bernice Culberson at home.

In 1920, Ora Culberson, age 31 and widowed, lived with her 2 children in the home of her parents in Shelbyville.

2nd marriage--WILLIAM CHESTER KELLETT.

William C. Kellett of near Moweaqua and Mrs. Ora B. Culberson of Shelbyville were united in marriage Tuesday, June 2, at the Grace Methodist church in Decatur by the pastor Rev. Wilbert Dowson. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Bodine of Shelbyville and has been a resident of that city for several years, where she has been active in Methodist church circles. She is also one of Shelby county's rural school teachers.

In 1930, she was living with her 2nd husband, William C. Kellett, her 2 Culberson children and a daughter of her 2nd marriage in Pickaway, Shelby County and in 1940 in Shelbyville, Shelby County.

This marriage was not reported in Decatur newspapers. She was still named Mrs. Ora Kellett in the June 1967 obituary of her mother.

Mrs. J. B. (Ora Kellett) Middleton, 85, of Shelbyville died 1:20 a.m. Saturday in Shelby County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Lockart & Son Funeral Home, Shelbyville, where friends may call 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Mrs. Middleton was born in Shelby County. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Shelbyville, and the American Legion Auxiliary. She leaves her husband, J. B.; daughters, Mrs. Maxine Mullins of Collinsville; Mrs. Katheryn Michael of South Orange, N.J.; son, Harry L. Culberson of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister, Mrs. Eva Torrey of Detroit; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
