Notes for: Michael Evan Bodine

Michael was married, but as of 2002 was separated from his wife. I'm not sure what the situation is now. They did not have any children. His wife, Glenda, had two children from, I think, a previous marriage.

Obituary, The Gadsden Times of 15 June 2009
A chapel service will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday for Michael Evan Bodine, 57, Gadsden, who passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009. The Rev. Chris Godbee will officiate. Burial will follow in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Collier-Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Services directing. Mr. Bodine was a 1969 graduate of Emma Sansom High School and then went on to join the Air Force, where he was stationed in Thailand. He was an active member of the VFW and American Legion. Mr. Bodine loved his camping friends, the river and being outdoors around nature. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby J. Bodine; and special friend, Steve Underwood. He is survived by his mother, Faye Denson Bodine; brother, Joseph Patrick Bodine (Connie); special friends, Barry Turner, Jerry Williamson and Joe Morgan; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Pallbearers will be Jason Bodine, Nate Bodine, J.L. Bellamy, Larry Bellamy, Barry Turner, Kevin Beck, Malcom Bellamy and Joe Morgan. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Williamson, Gary Bowman and Keith Boatwright. The family will accept friends from 2 p.m. until time of service Tuesday at Collier-Butler Funeral Home.
