WINSTON, ENID BODINE, age 89, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away into the hands of our Lord on June 10, 2008, after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. She was born February 17, 1919 in Little Rock, Arkansas and spent most of her life in Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from Woodlawn High School and was a member and Elder of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Her husband, John Leonard Winston preceded her in death. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and friend. She is survived by her daughter, Jan W. Galloway; and grandchildren, Jeff Jowers, Gaklee Jowers and Brett Galloway; along with several nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces, great nephews; and her special care giver, Jeanne Webber. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 12th from 12:30-1:30 at Roebuck Chapel. Graveside Service will be held Thursday at Forest Hill Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., conducted by The Rev. Katy Smith and The Rev. John Cruse of St. Martin's In The Pines. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to New Beacon Hospice Services at St. Martin's In The Pines.
