Louise L. Phillips, age 93, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012. She is survived by her sons, Jack L. Phillips, Jr. and Wayne A. Bodine Jr. (Brenda); grandchild, Allison Bodine Koehl (Christophe); cousins, Kenneth Seal and Eleanor Seal Harris. Mrs. Phillips was born in Waco, Tx. to James Watson Legg and Leta Seal Legg. She graduated from Ensley High School and worked in her career years at Burger-Phillips and Nortel Networks. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 9, 2012 at 10 am at Elmwood Cemetery with visitation from 9 to 10 am at Elmwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a favorite charity.

Evelyn Ann Galloway applied for a SSN in December 1936 and reported she was born 16 Oct 1916 in Bessemer, Alabama to Ben F. & Mae (Ballard) Galloway. In June 1938 she reported her name as Evelyn Galloway Brannon, in April 1943 as Evelyn Galloway Monaghan and in Dec 1974 as Evelyn Ann Galloway Bodine. She died 18 Aug 1990. Her last residence was Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.
