Notes for: Malie B. Bodine

See the 1900 Census (TX?) for information on Mallie B. Bodine.

She was called "Mrs. Mallie Lewis" of Abilene, Texas in her sister Minnie's obituary, but that was probably just a misspelling of Levens.

...

I am one of the few of my generation that knew all of their living children in the late 50's and 60's as I was saved in the Primitive Baptist church in Abilene, Texas where Hulda and Fred Bodine and my grandma "Mimi" Malie attended. Their father my Great grandfather, William H. Bodine, was a Primitive Baptist circuit riding preacher around the Colorado City, Texas area.

Keep up the good work.
