Miss Ida Ruth Bodine and P.F.C. Donald Wilson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wilson, were married in the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Bodine, Owasco, on 6 Oct with Rev. R. J. Blocker, Auburn pastor of Sand Beach Church officiating.

Donald E. Wilson, of Rt. 90 Cayuga, NY, died suddenly on Friday, January 11, 1985 at Auburn Memorial Hospital after being stricken earlier. Mr. Wilson was born in Port Byron April 30, 1923. He was a vateran of both World War II and the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He worked for many years as a tractor trailer driver for Cayuga Bulk. He was recently employed by Sentinel Security of Syracuse. He was a graduate of Port Byron Central School. He was a life member of the Montezuma Thurston Shram Reynolds VFW Post No. 8137. He was acting Jr. Vice Commander at the time of his death. He is survived by his father, Clarence E Wilson of Port Byron; three daughters, Mrs. Arnold (Connie) Waldby, Mrs. Donna Arnold, Auburn and Mrs. Michael (Dawn) Mitchell, Port Byron; one son, Donald E. Wilson Sr. of Cayuga; two brothers. Stuart K. Wilson of Skaneateles; Mr. Robert N. Wilson, New York City; three sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Donna) Henn of Port Byron; 9 grandchildren and a close friend, Mrs. Martha Gordon of Cayuga. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 1985 at 11 a.m. at the Audioun Funeral Home, 234 N. Main Street, Port Byron with the Rev. James Lawton officiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Port Byron. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Sunday evening January 13,1985 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, January 14. from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Montezuma VFW or the Cayuga Fire Dept. in Mr. Wilson's name.

She is referred to as Mrs. George Dankan of Tucson, Arizona in the Feb 1961 obituary of her father.
