Irving S. Bodine AND Myrtle L. Darrow were married 31 Aug 1912 in Owasco, Cayuga County.
In 1900, Myrtle Darrow, born Dec 1888 in NY, lived with her parents Peter and Ellen Darrow in Niles, Cayuga County. When her son, Standish Peter Bodine, registered for the World War II Draft on 16 Oct 1940, he named as his next of kin, his mother, Mrs. Myrtle Lena Bodine.
On 5 June 1917 in Niles, Cayuga County, Irvin Standish Bodine registered for the World War 1 draft. He stated he was born 9 June 1891 in Owasco, New York, was a self-employed farmer and was married and had a child. Although his name is often recorded as Irving, he signed the registration as Irvin Standish Bodine. In April 1930, the family lived in Owasco, Cayuga County, where Irving was engaged in farming.

Mrs. Myrtle Darrow Bodine, wife of Irving S. Bodine of Owasco, died last evening after a long illness. Bom in the Town of Niles, she had resided in Owasco most of her life. She was a member of the Owasco Reformed Church. Surviving besides her husband are a son, Standish P. Bodine of Owasco; a sister, Mrs. Eva Peacock of Auburn; two brothers, Thomas Darrow of Moravia and Fred Darrow of Niles; also several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p. m Thursday at the Langham Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard J. Blocker, pastor of Sand Beach Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Owasco Rural Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p. m. today and tomorrow at the funeral home.

Myrtle L. Bodine, 70, of Baptist Four Corners, Cayuga County, died 12 Sept 1960.
