John and Catherine Pucha lived 1930 in Lambertville, Hunterdon County where John worked as a railroad laborer. He had immigrated to the United States in 1919. John Pucha registered for the World War II draft in 1942 as a resident of Lambertville. He was employed by the Whitehead Rubber Company of Trenton and was married to Catherine Pucha. Charles Groling served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and was a retired truck driver for Union Camp Paper Manufacturing Company, New Hope.

LAMBERTVILLE---Charles W. Groling, 72, of 15 McCready Street, died Sunday in the Hunterdon Medical Center. Born in Philadelphia, he was a veteran of World War I and was a member of Edgar Denson Post 79, American Legion of New Hope. He was a retired truck driver for the Union Camp Paper Company in New Hope. Surviving are his wife, Catherine W. Groling; a son, Donald K. of Penns Park, Pa.; two stepsons, Richard Pucha of Lambertville and John Pucha of Frenchtown; a daughter, Mrs. Fern G. Phillips of Pipersville, Pa.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Thelma Agin of Hopewell and Mrs. Margaret Fisher of Neshanic, and five grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the VanHorn Funeral Home, 21 York Street, with interment in Thompson Memorial Park. Friends may call Wedensday evening.

LAMBERTVILLE---Catherine Bodine Groling, 83, died Wednesday at the Greenleaf Convalescent Center, Doylestown, Pa. Born in Buckingham Valley, Pa., she was a lifelong resident of Lambertville. Wife of the late Charles W. Groling, she is survived by two sons, Richard Pucha and John Pucha, both of Lambertville; a daughter, Thelma Agin of Hopewell; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held noon Monday from the Garefino Funeral Home, 10 N. Franklin St., Lambertville. Burial will follow in the Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery, Lambertville. There will be no calling hours. memorial contributions may be made to the Lambertville-New Hope Rescue Squad, P. O. Box 237, Lambertville, N.J. 08530.
