James J. Bodine, Jr., of 54, of Port Neches, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2008 at his residence. Graveside services will be Thursday, January 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery near Woodville. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23rd from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville. James was born November 9, 1953 to James J., Sr. and June Rhodes Bodine in Beaumont, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Bodine and brother, Mark Bodine. He is survived by his mother, June R. Bodine of Port Neches; brothers, Scott Bodine of Beaumont and Patrick Bodine of Nederland and numerous nieces and nephews.
